Historical record says luyashan Mountain is the No.One Mountian of Shanxi. It is situated on the borders between Ningwu County and Wuzhai County. The Nature Preserve of Luyashan Mountain occupies an area of 1.5 million hectares, of which 0.53 million hectares of land are covered with froest. The main peak in 2645 metres high. Precipitous and high up to the cloudy sky, it looks like the fresh reed sprout just coming our of water. A magnificent temple with a bronze roof on the top of the peak looks like a flying bird. Dripping waters, flowing down waterfalls and drifting clouds alone with boundless forests create a paradise on earth.
